- Italia: Maiko...

En el transcurso de la semana pasada, tuve la gran sorpresa de recibir algunos e-mails desde el Norte de Italia, de una ciudad llamada Crema.
During last week I had the surprise of receiving some e-mails from northern Italy, a town called Crema.

MAIKO es el nombre de la escritora de graffiti que me envió sus fotografías y me compartió un poco de su trayectoria. Ella me dijo que empezó a pintar cuando era muy joven, pero por cuestiones personales se tomo un tiempo fuera, así que ahora está de regreso y muy activamente.
MAIKO is the name of graffiti writer who sent me her pictures and I shared a little of her trajectory. She said me she began painting when she was very young, but personal reasons she took time out, so now she´s back and very active.

Ella pertenece a un crew, NF, y está integrado por amigos cercanos a ella.
She belongs to NF crew, and it´s composed of close friends to her.

Here I quote a little of what she shares with us:

-Cuando yo pinto, siempre trato de cambiar la forma de hacerlo, pruebo con diferentes técnicas y estilos; Esa es la manera que describe lo que hago. Así que pinto porque me gusta.
´When I paint, I always try to change the way I do it, I try to use different techniques and styles, That´s the way it describes what I do. So I paint because I like it.
